Our 4-ton fully electric crystallizer has been completely assembled and is now ready for shipment to a customer site in China. We are also among the first manufacturers in this field to put 5-ton single-unit crystallizer into production.

- Discharge moisture is stably controlled at 10–15%. The final water content can be adjusted according to your wastewater composition, salinity and site conditions.
- For larger water volumes, we normally recommend pre-concentration for volume reduction before the crystallizer, which lowers both equipment investment and daily energy consumption.
- Fully electric operation — no external steam source required, so the unit suits a wider range of plant conditions.
- Have heat transfer area with high heat transfer efficiency, resulting in lower overall energy consumption.
- Mature structural design, stable continuous operation, low failure rate, and a fast-response after-sales service system.

The unit is suitable for high-salinity wastewater, special mother liquor and other crystallization duties. In wastewater crystallization and zero liquid discharge (ZLD) projects, the crystallizer is the essential core finishing step. Installation and commissioning are straightforward, and routine maintenance is simple.

We have several long-term domestic customers started with a single trial unit and have since expanded to multiple sets running stably on site, with good feedback from their operating teams.
