The steam scraper crystallization system adopts steam as the heat source and uses a vacuum pump to reduce the pressure inside the evaporation kettle to reach -85kPa, achieving the purpose of vacuum distillation. The circulating water from the cooling tower is utilized as cooling water to condense the steam generated during evaporation into distilled water, realizing liquid-liquid separation or liquid-solid separation.

This system features an extremely short process chain and high degree of automation, requiring only regular patrol inspections by personnel. No treatment chemicals are added, resulting in excellent effluent quality, higher reuse efficiency, less waste generation, and more convenient maintenance.
